What we collect
When you request a quote, we collect your name, company name and email address, along with the shipment details you enter (pickup location, destination, equipment, commodity and HS code).
Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically processes technical information such as your IP address and browser type to deliver and protect the site.
We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used: which pages are visited, roughly where visitors come from, and whether a quote request was completed. It sets cookies in your browser and sends usage data to Google, with IP addresses truncated. We do not use it for advertising. You can block it with a browser extension such as Google’s Analytics opt-out add-on or by blocking cookies for this site.
How we use it
- To prepare and send the quote you asked for, and to follow up on it.
- To book and manage shipments if you become a customer.
- To keep the website secure and working.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the website and our email, and, if you ship with us, with the carriers, truckers and customs authorities needed to move your cargo.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests and related emails for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email [email protected] and we’ll respond within 30 days.
